Digital goods
Because items are delivered immediately and consumed digitally, purchases are
generally non-refundable once the item has been credited to your account.
When we will refund
- You were charged but the item was not delivered to your account
(delivery failure).
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge).
- A proven technical error on our side.
How to request a refund

- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within

Cancellations
Digital items cannot be cancelled after delivery. If a payment is pending or
